Taking some pictures of our kayaks this morning I mused over the rocky terrain of the Ozarks’ lake shores, and how well suited the Ascend FS10 and D10 kayaks are to the conditions here.

The Ozarks is blessed with being in the middle of the Mississippi Flyway of waterfowl migration. We have ample large bodies of water for birds to rest upon during migration and no mountain ranges to impede their progress.

In the Ozarks we have many, many streams that are excellent for floating with either a canoe or kayak.
